So why should you use this item when playing around Neeko?
Don’t pair Flame Cloak with champions that have the ability to dash
Flame Cloak received a slight nerf in patch 11.4 when the burn damage effect will occur every 2.5 seconds instead of every 2 seconds.
The reason is because when the above generals use the dash skill, the number of targets affected by the Fire Cloak will be fewer than before.
If you see someone playing Morgana, pair the Magic Scarf immediately
Besides the ability to reduce magic resistance and deal annoying damage, Morgana’s skill also has another strong point of reducing AD by 40%.
However, this has changed in the upcoming version 11.4 when the Magic Scarf has an additional feature to neutralize the ability to reduce AD.
