One note that you need to know is that in season 7, Ezreal’s skill has been slightly changed as Mystic Shot will now deal magic damage and interact with the skill damage index.
As for building a squad, you should start with 1-cost champions that have good value in resistance along with the backline Ezreal.
Like every other reroll squad, you will not level up in the early stages of the match.
In addition to the 5 units in the squad mentioned above, in the late game you should add Lee Sin and Shi Oh Yu as soon as possible.
Regarding technology cores, the most valuable upgrade for Ezreal is Green Energy or Luan Element.
