Illaoi
With her nature as a Foreign Soldier, Illaoi’s stats such as average position and rate of reaching the top 4 certainly cannot be high.
Specifically, Illaoi’s move deals damage to an opponent and then subsequent attacks aimed at the target will heal this unit.
Javan IV
Although not a bad unit at the beginning of the game, Jarvan IV’s power will decrease extremely quickly as the game moves towards the late game.
So Jarvan IV needs some tweaking with this move as it should be released near the champion with the highest attack damage or attack speed.
Ashe
Just emerging a bit at the beginning of patch 12.5, Ashe was severely nerfed when her base AD decreased by 10 points and caused this unit’s ability to deal damage to be greatly reduced.
Obviously, if Riot Games wants the Gang – Ashe gameplay to return to the meta, there should be a few changes to this champion.
